Captain O.Kishun is a National Coast Guard retired officer. He has been an Operations Officer and a Marine Navigation Specialist. He has also been the Commanding Officer of NCG. Ship and Training Officer in Bridge Watchkeeping and Conduct of Operations. Graduated from the French Naval Academy of Brest, from the US Coast Guard Training Centre of Virginia and from the Indian Naval Navigation and Direction School of Kochi Kerda. He has earned the distinction of being the first Mauritian officer to have topped the prestigious long Navigation Specialist Officer Course (Foreigners in India)
